Quarter 40 - Autumn 2000

The affairs of state of Kolumbia, formerly Colombia, were taken over by the regent Pawel Sikorski in Autumn 1990. Observers classify the mid-size state as progressive socialistic grassroots democracy, known for its high net income and the low crime rate.

Most of the illiterate and reasonable citizens are happy with the circumstances. They have a reputation to be diligent and fair. Further they enjoy an outstanding infrastructure. Compared with other countries, the most distinctive difference is the Capital.

The regent managed to improve his influence in comparison to previous year.

Kolumbia is not a member of an alliance.
