The affairs of state of Lampukistan, formerly Germany, were taken over by the regent Pete Klogge in Summer 1992. Observers classify the big state as progressive social liberal party-democracy, known for its low national debt and the low crime rate.

Quasi über Nacht wurde die Währung umgestellt. Aus knapp 5 Milliarden Kartoffelpuffern wurden 5 Milliarden feinster Kugelschreiber ohne Werbung.
