Overview
The affairs of state of Orania, formerly Germany, were taken over by the regent Briantjies in Spring 1992. Observers classify the midsize state as progressive neoliberal party-democracy, known for its high national debt and the high bureaucracy.
Most of the educated and egalitarian citizens are very discontent with the circumstances. They have the reputation to be sportive and freedom-loving and enjoy an outstanding infrastructure. The biggest difference to other countries lies in the range of Gross domestic product per capita.
Orania ist not a member of an alliance.
