Rupa
The affairs of state of Rupa, formerly Russia, were taken over by the regent Fulco in Autumn 1990. Observers classify the big state as conservative neoliberal plutocracy, known for its high tax burden and the high bureaucracy.
Most of the moderately educated and reasonable citizens are nerved with the circumstances. They have the reputation to be diligent and freedom-loving and enjoy an outstanding infrastructure. The biggest difference to other countries lies in the range of Animal rights.
