Trading Card Games

There is growing number of parents complaining about trading card games.

"These trading cards almost have the role of a status symbol at some schools. Children who cannot afford them are often systematically excluded or even bullied." says Susan Sorensen, chairwoman of the association of caring parents. "As if that wasn't enough, even theft has become an everyday event. My son was even threatened and blackmailed for a rare trading card. Therefore, all trading card games have to be prohibited at schools of [staat], and teachers must have the authority to confiscate them if they find them at their schools."

The right of property is partially abrogated at schools in [staat].

"There is an even easier solution. It would be much easier if these trading cards weren't even available for children." interjects John Fiegmund, lawyer of a small national-conservative group. "This wouldn't be a big deal judicially, we wouldn't even have to make a new law. The contents of these trading card packs are randomly arranged and single cards are traded at different market falues, therefore they can be considered as some sort of gambling. But in [staat], gambling is already forbidden for minors. We just have to prohibit the disposal of trading cards to minors under reference to the gambling laws."

Upper stage pupils who are already of full age often sell trading cards to younger pupils illegally and for horrendous prizes.

"Balderdash! This is so typical for conservative control-freaks." thinks Prof. Adam Miller, an associate professor for economics and member of the Libertarian Party. "If parents don't want their children to buy trading cards, they have to care for that by themselves. Teachers can care about bullying among pupils and in the worst cases, it's still possible to sue the culprits. And everything else is regulated by the forces of the free market."

Trading cards are one of the most important status symbols among pupils because of their official toleration.

Ich hätte da eine nicht genau ausgearbeitete neue Idee:

Thema: Auslieferung, betrifft in erster Linie Rechte und Ausland.

Es geht darum: Ein Bürger des eigenen Staates wird in Makreich (dem faschistoiden Nachbarstaat) wegen diverser, schlimmer Verbrechen beschuldigt. Makreich hat eigentlich (oder auch nicht - wie du, Malone es halt machen willst, wenn du willst) ein bilaterales Abkommen mit dem eigenen Staat, dass Verbrecher ausgelifert wird.

3 Möglichkeiten sollten sich auftun:

1. Man liefert ihn aus. Da in Makreich die Todesstrafe und Folter "legal" ist, stärkt das geringfügig zwar die Auslandsreputation, aber senkt die Bürgerrechte, weil man den eigenen Bürger vor so unmenschlicher Behandlung nicht geschützt hat.

2. Man liefert ihn nicht aus. Makreich ist sehr verärgert, aber es nützt den Bürgerrechten.

3. Man klagt ihn selber an und verurteilt ihn bzw. auch nicht (je nach Ergebnis). Makreich ist zwar weniger verärgert, aber es nützt auch den Bürgerrechten nicht.

Wie ist die Idee?

Muss ich zuerst die Aufgaben selber genauer ausarbeiten, oder wieso habe ich den Eindruck, dass meine Vorschläge nicht gut ankommen? Sind sie so schlecht?

Sorry, das betrachte ich mehr als Sammelthread mit Ideen, die ich irgendwann mal umsetze, darum schreibe ich nichts dazu.

Konkret zu Deinem Vorschlag: finde ich gut, vielen Dank, würde entweder ich irgendwann umsetzen, oder Du schreibst es. Dann aber in der Qualität wie Tarvoc das macht, sonst muss ich es quasi eh neu schreiben
