re-open task
My idea is that, every election you should be able to re-open a previous task(depending on if you won), and choose another option. This should only be allowed once per election to one task, and the task's should be optimised, say like parliment fire, you shouldent be allowed to re-open something like that.

RE: re-open task
Interesting idea and you could extend that idea too.
- You can change one decided task...because you changed your mind or the situation has changed.
- The opposition (if there is some) can put one task for revote...
- Depending on the status of the state...some tasks reopen...
Not sure if this is a doable or already implemented...but would probably enhance the realism of this game...

RE: re-open task
That is almost the same issue like cancelling a reform. That's quite much programming effort, and at the moment it seems, there are not very much people, who would appreciate that effort...

I don't think so. I see it more, like we see it in politics today, that one government starts a reform or puts up a new law and the new government (or the same in some cases) nullify that reform or law.
That doesn't mean that you have to reverse all the effects. Just the rules change from that moment on. Seems to be nothing more like a normal reform or task to me, except that you can choose something, that contradicts a previous decision, e.g. you first choose Totalitarism and some time later you think it is time for Liberalism.

Sure, you are right, but at the moment it seems, that we have not enough players, so that the effort wouldn't pay out. And this features for sure does not attract new players. So we first have to add features which are suitable for becoming a much larger community.

RE: re-open task
I have to disagree. I've been playing this game for a while and my one month premium membership just ended. I'm thinking of leaving, as I feel that I'm not getting my money's worth and the game is unplayable for me without the diagrams. I just don't have enough control over my country - Once I make a decision, it is permanent, and I can only do what other people suggest, never exactly what I think should be done.
Being able to change previous tasks and reforms and to choose how to handle different parts of a task, as was suggested here, are far more important improvements for me than the World Map/Projects/Military features.
Another problem is the language - people continue to speak German in the English part of the forum, making it impossible for me to participate in the discussions. For example, most of the posts in the World Map/Projects/Military suggestions threads are written in German, so I don't know what has been suggested.

RE: re-open task
I don't have premium, but I just make my own diagrams with Excel.
And concerning the language: You're absolutely right. Just Do it as you did here.
I can't promise it won't happen again, but we could ask the "criminals" to translate their German posts.
But sorry for that.
