14. I think there should be more information on how to play the game. Especially something that describes what everything does. Luckily the forums are very helpful in answering them

Also a suggestion I have would be more control on investment opportunities. It just seems like I am guessing whether I want to invest in someone elses currency, ground, or shares. I would like more things to invest in, or just reports that can be run on other states to see their history so I can make a good decision about investing in them.
