Oh, looking back on my rant, I don't see where you think I jumped to a conclusion. If we pretend I was serious, I was most certainly rude and obnoxious, but I didn't jump to any conclusions....unless you think I didn't know Hitler's Reich was defeated, ending WWII in Europe....
So out of curiosity, where in my rant did I jump to a conclusion?
Ok. 
I was unhappy about the relation between nazis and the sound of German.
But nobody is perfect and my English isn't perfect.

I don't understand this two words.
The word Bastard exists in the German language, you can translate this with 'mongrel'. But I believe, you mean a another semantics.

Red neck means very ignorant of the world around you, history, science etc

Good to see an English speaker. During winter, go to details, change budget. From here, you can see your tax rates and what income they're bringing in, and your total income.
Scroll down and you'll find all your spending, and eventually how much you're spending all together. Cut some spending, start a tax hike, your growth will slow a little bit but you'll start paying off your debt.
"New indebtedness" is the amount of money your either going further into debt or paying off every 4 RL days.
