How often, and how many tasks can I "solve"???
How often, and how much reforms can I do?
How can I found an Alliance?

When is this going to be avalible?

I have been searching for this kind of (political web-browsed) game for years.
Game is perfect!

What is referendum (I clicked on task menu option:Referendum, and now I can't solve more tasks)

And is it good or bad to solve tasks (when I solve a task do I must do after solving it or not?)

Tasks appear coincidentally - 0 to 3 per quarter (one day real time) - but only from spring to autumn. In winter are always 0 tasks. it's the time to modify the household or make a reform.

If your influence is sufficient - each quarter one reform is possible - but only if you dont want to make other things (tasks or household).

search in the forum, look into the descriptions of the alliances - and place a request...

It's highly recommended to solve tasks always at first. Do nothing is harmful for the popularity - and probability of the re-election.

One day?

Yes - one quarter in the game is one day in real time. The quarter change (and new calculation) takes place always from 3:00 to 4:30 h (GMT). In this time no actions are possible in the game - only in this forum

There is nothing to must. There are no hard and fast rules, no easy answer... Look around a little - e.g. at the successful states in the Top10-listing (top right - statistics). You can see also their household and some details...

Taxes are modified in the winter in [Details] -> [Budget].

you have to get rid of your debtsm that is most important at the beginning.
if you raise your taxes your popularity will decrease but it is necessary to manage the debts problem.
you can at the same time invest money in the education and so on and your people will not be that angry.
but care that you have more the 50% concerning your next election.
the "best" decisions are in my humble opinion the most liberal ones.

And how can I raise taxes???
Yesterday was 1992 year (when I was registered), and now it is 1993, and some players told me that One year last 4 days (every quarter 1 day).

Can I start again that poll that you must fill in the beginning? (That poll's rezoults claim that I'm liberal, but I'm not liberal (I'm Right in politic!))

Does work only in winter.

"Liberal" only applies for your economy policy. Your state is a conversative lobycrazy, which fits well to a political right course. Over time you can push it more into the wished direction.

The start poll is only available at the beginning, you could start over and adjust household each winter then.

Household = Budget (no idea why they call it Household)
