Well, comfreak thinks, that reading so much German, would discourage English speakers from participating in the forum. It's a strong argument, I guess.

I understand - but vice versa Noplan
So it will be seen how develops the numerical ratio of users and till then: give us the translation tool... Pray

RE: Forum language

Translation tool will be useful sometimes.

Every bilingual player should post in both languages...

No problem!

--------------------------------------------
Eine automatische Übersetzung wäre manchmal hilfreich.

Zweisprachige Spieler sollten in beiden Sprachen schreiben...

Null Problemo!

RE: Forum language

More or less everyone is able to understand a bit of the other language. It should be enough to follow the sense of the phrase... and for specific words i would suggest: http://dict.leo.org/

Mehr oder weniger jeder sollte fähig sein ein bisschen der jeweils anderen sprache zu verstehen. Es sollte ausreichen, um dem Sinn eines Satzes folgen zu können... und für spezifische Worte empfehle ich: http://dict.leo.org/

Naja, es mag da schon den einen oder anderen geben, die die 'andere' Sprache nicht versteht.
Dafür dann die automatische Übersetzung.
------------------------------------------
Well, there could be some persons, who don't understand the 'other' language...
so automatic translation...

well, with a translator machine I can't even understand the sense of a phrase. they are just too bad.

naja, mit übersetzungsmaschinen verstehe ich nicht einmal den sinn eines satzes. sie sind einfach zu schlecht.

Im Zweifelsfalle sollte man immer das richtige machen.

In case of doubt you should do always the right.

RE: Forum language

i am dutch the good thing about that is i understand about everything you said here
bad thing is i don't speak german (blame school didn't got enough lessons)

i also never like that english language dominates at the otehr hand we do speak it and almost everyone in europe and usa does so we'd better make use of it and if you can't speak english i'd suggest to learn it and/or ask someone or something to translate ofcourse i alway's like to talk my own language but humans just happen to have tons of languages and that doesn't alway's work

i think the translation tools isn't such a bad idea
and i to think that of people only talk german people get discouraged
i am just lucky to be dutch and have had basic german on school so i understand most things you say but i really can't speak it i could participate but its the question if anyone responds or understands me and its the question if you are as good in understanding dutch and i can understand german right? i don't think that would work you guy's talking german and someone like me talking dutch just creates the same problem

or if possible try to type in both languages.

just a few idea's

RE: Forum language

Ma kann es schon auf ganz englisch machen, aber dann würde ich unsere lieben amerikanischen Mitglieder drumm bitten Wörter die Umgangssprachlich verwendet werden wegzulassen, oder zumindest kurz zu erklähren. Stichpunktartig reicht.

BeispielSadetwas zu simple jetzt, aber mir fällt auf die schnellenichts anderes ein)
drunken(somebody who have too much alcohol) or something like that.

Naja, die englische Wortstellung muss beachtet werden, wenn du deutschen Text schreibst, sonst die Übersetzungsmaschiene kann nicht richtig arbeiten.

Subjekt - Prädikat - Objekt. (Wenig Nebensätze)

Google:
Well, the English word order must be respected, if you write German text, otherwise the translation tool may not work correctly.

Subject - predicate - object. (Little subordinate clauses)

could be but if you don't speak english that might be hard and if you do speak english you can just as well translate it yourself
then add that that people make type errors and i don't think a translation tool works wel with that

Yes, you have right, I have forgotten this. Hehe

If anyone doesn't speak english, then this hasn't knowledge about english and the translation tool doesn't work correctly.

This is a problem. Pfeif
